We start your event day checking your platform and monitoring our servers to be sure that everything goes smooth sailing! And of course, we are at the distance of a phone call, an email, or a Whatsapp message!
We can provide, upon request, an event consultant service. You can book this service before, during, and after the event, or for the whole length you consider necessary! These are some of the tasks an event consultant can provide: filling your content on the event platform, inviting and provide training for your speakers and moderators, attendee registration, pre-writing and posting polls, etc… This is a non-exhaustive list, and of course, you can suggest the tasks you need!
Even if our virtual event platform is very intuitive, friendly technical support is very much appreciated! That’s why we provide a remote concierge service: a member of our team will be available to answer all your guests’ questions. Book the desired number of hours, and our team member will be in a dedicated room in your event and/or available on the phone, Whatsapp, Teams, or email. You decide! The remote concierge service is available in English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese.
