Your event attendees can choose to enter the event in incognito mode. This means they can attend the event sessions without being seen on the videorooms, and browse the events’ content without leaving a trace. Each time they are about to perform a public interaction, such as leaving a message on the event feed or the Q&A, the system will advise that their identity will be disclosed during that action. The attendee can choose whether to enable or disable the incognito mode on his profile setup area, and the event host can define on the backend, that every participant will be checked in with the incognito mode per default.
If privacy is a matter of extreme importance for your company, you can choose to hide the participants’ tab on the event platform. This way, no one will be able to check who is attending the event. You can also choose to hide other functions related to the privacy of your participants: hide the session attendees and the ones that favorited the sessions.
