Queue offers a Free plan with essential features for event management. For advanced needs, we provide customizable Enterprise plans tailored to your organization’s requirements.
Are there any fees for free events?
No, if your event tickets are free, our base services are also free of charge.
Ticketing and Fees
How are fees structured for paid tickets?
For paid tickets, a 4% platform fee applies. Additionally, our payment processor, Stripe, typically charges a credit card processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction).
Features and Add-ons
What features are included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes unlimited events per year, registration forms, event public pages, unlimited tickets, basic mailing, analytics, standard support, promo codes, private tickets, check-in scanner, and badges.
Is there a limit on the number of emails I can send?
The Free plan allows up to 500 invitations/emails per week. For higher limits, you can opt for our add-on packages, starting at 2,000 weekly sends for $11.99/month or $129.99/year.
Do you offer onsite solutions like badge printing and event check-in?
Yes, you can customize and print badges through our platform, which can be scanned for fast and secure event check-in. While we don’t provide badge printers directly, most clients rent from Choose2Rent.

How do I get paid for ticket sales?
Payouts are processed via Stripe, offering daily payouts, fraud prevention, automated dispute resolution, and competitive fees.
